What you have to do when you lost your permanent stay permit ?
Kamu bisa lakukan beberapa hal dibawah ini ya ketika KITAP kamu hilang:
> Membuat surat keterangan kehilangan dari Kepolisian.
> Make a missing certificate from the Police.
> Datang ke Kantor Imigrasi dengan membawa persyaratan sesuai
jenis KITAP.
> Come to Immigration Office with the requirements according to
the type of Permanent Stay Permit.
> Mengisi formulir pengajuan duplikat KITAP.
> Fill in the Permanent Stay Permit duplicate application form.
> Melakukan pembayaran PNBP.
> Make a PNBP Payment.
> Melakukan Proses BAP.
> Make a process of taking information (BAP).
> Apabila disetujui, dilanjutkan proses pengambilan biometrik.
> If Approved, will proceed with the biometric collection process.
> Permohonan diteruskan ke Kantor Wilayah untuk mendapat
persetujuan
> The Application will be forwarded to the Regional Office for
approval
> Paspor dan duplikat KITAP dapat diambil 3 (tiga) hari kerja
setelah persetujuan dari Kantor Wilayah
> Passports and duplicate Permanent Stay Permit can be collected
within 3 (three) days after approval from the Regional Office
